Ms. Andrea Dean is a transformational leader with over 30 years of experience in government and non-profit management, specializing in social services for both adults and juveniles within the social/human services, substance abuse and mental health sectors. With deep expertise in Florida’s human services, substance abuse, child welfare, and juvenile justice laws. Her leadership acumen has been honed over decades of managing individuals and teams, consistently driving impact and positive change. Ms. Dean has 5 years of past experience working with a CINS/FINS provider and brings expertise and knowledge in CINS/FINS policies and procedures, DJJ QI Standards, and FNYFS Compliance monitoring Requirements to the Forefront team. Ms. Dean has proficiency in Contract Management, Policy Development, Training, and Grant Writing. Ms. Dean has expertise in overseeing field service teams in executing the quality assurance and improvement review processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence. In addition to her non-profit work, she shares an infectious entrepreneurial spirit that thrives as she mentors and trains the next generation of business leaders and changemakers. Mrs. Dean is a graduate of Barry University.  Mrs. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Administration and a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resource Development and Administration.
