Mrs. Nitara LaTouche is a Forefront Consultant with over 20 years of experience in case management and social work across the United States and internationally. She has over 14 years of direct experience supporting dependency and delinquency programs, specializing in quality improvement, compliance monitoring, and program evaluation for youth and family services. Mrs. LaTouche held quality management leadership roles at the Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS), where she contributed to the agency’s successful Council on Accreditation (COA) re accreditations and provided direct support to executive leadership across multiple regions. Additionally, she has developed and facilitated training for in-person and virtual for several county and statewide government clients.
In 2018, Mrs. LaTouche joined FOREFRONT Consulting LLC, supporting large-scale quality improvement efforts across more than government and private sector agencies statewide and nationwide. She has successfully coordinated and/or participated in both on-site and virtual audits, developed corrective action strategies, and provided targeted training to improve program outcomes. With a strong foundation in human services and a proven ability to drive system improvements, Mrs. Latouche offers critical expertise to support high quality, accountable service delivery for children and families in need. Mrs. LaTouche holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science, specializing in Psychology and Criminology, from the University of South Florida, complemented by a minor in American Sign Language. She has a Certificate in Professional Studies in Post-Qualifying Social Work from the University of Gloucestershire (United Kingdom).
